With over 25 years’ experience in the legal profession, Laura brings a blend of operational leadership, legal expertise, and financial oversight to the role of Practice Manager at the firm, which specialises in care proceedings.
Working closely with the Senior Partner, Laura ensures the smooth day‑to‑day running of the practice, overseeing compliance, regulatory obligations, and internal processes that support the delivery of high‑quality legal services. Her responsibilities include managing financial operations, maintaining Legal Aid Agency compliance, and preparing detailed bills on concluded cases.
As a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, Laura combines hands‑on legal knowledge with practical business management skills, ensuring the team is supported, clients receive a reliable and efficient service, and the firm continues to meet the highest professional standards.
Committed to the values of accessible justice, Laura takes pride in contributing to a practice that supports some of the most vulnerable individuals and families in the community.
Outside of work, Laura plays netball in a local league and enjoys travelling with family and friends.
